Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- If the product is incorrect/damaged/expired/defective.
- If you receive an item that falls into any of these categories, please contact us at support@dreamyderma.com or at customer support helpline within 48 hours of delivery of order to initiate the return process.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Note: Products returned for reasons other than those listed above will not be accepted.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@dreamyderma.com or contact us at the customer support helpline on our website.
- Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once request is approved you will be notified by customer support team.
Replacement
- We only replace items if they are incorrect/damaged/expired/defective, if notified within 48 hours of delivery of order. If you need a replacement, please contact us at support@dreamyderma.com or contact us at the customer support helpline.
- We will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement accordingly. Please note that replacement is subject to inspection by dreamyderma.com team and depends upon the stock availability.
- Once your request is approved, follow the same return process outlined above.
- Replacement procedure will be completed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of such request.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8 - 10 business days.
- Applicable refund against the Entire Order/Product amount will be provided in your respective refund account, with the exception of Coupon Offer.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of order is only allowed if order is not dispatched.
- No cancellation will be allowed once the order is dispatched.
- Upon successful cancellation of an order, any applied Coupon Code will not be released for re-use.
- Once the order cancellation request is accepted, the refund process will be completed within 7(seven) business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery of order.
- Provide photos of the damaged/defective product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, once the item is verified.
- Once the order replacement request is accepted, the replacement process will be completed within 7 (seven) business days.
Non-Returnable Items
In Below Scenario’s Return / Replacement is not Possible:
- Product is damaged due to your action.
- Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies or if original packaging is damaged.
- Serial Number / Batch number is tampered with.
- If request is initiated after 48 hours of delivery of order.
- Free product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check Your Bank Account to ensure it’s not a processing delay.
- Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company as refund processing times vary.
- Contact Us: If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out at support@dreamyderma.com or customer support helpline.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy and those of any third-party policies, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
In case of any disputes, Clouce Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision.
Clouce Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Returns, Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior intimation. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
