Shipping & Delivery Policy
At dreamyderma.com, we aim to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. We ship products to almost all parts of India. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery times, and related inquiries.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Processing and shipping are conducted on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Note: Orders placed after 6 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- For areas regularly serviced by reputed couriers, the general delivery time would be 5 - 7 business days from the date of dispatch under normal circumstances.
Note: Delivery times may vary/be delayed due to unforeseen/force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as carrier delays or inclement weather.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the value of your order.
- A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 may applicable on all orders equal to or below Rs. 599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges) at all the locations.
- For orders above Rs.599/- (after value reduced post application of coupons or any other offer and excluding shipping charges) free shipping is available at all locations.
- Shipping charges are not refundable in the case of cancellation of the order.
- The shipping charges can be modified by dreamyderma.com at any point without prior intimation. The new shipping charges will reflect in the checkout flow.
Note: We do not currently ship outside India.
Tracking your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number on your registered email address/mobile number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress via our carrier partner’s website.
- In case you do not receive an e-mail/SMS from us within 48 business hours of placing an order please contact us at support@dreamyderma.com
Changes to Shipping Address
- Once an order is placed changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient:
In case delivery is attempted but due to your unavailability/some other issues it is not completed, the carrier will make up to two reattempts to deliver your order.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be returned to us, and the order will be considered undeliverable.
Damaged Packages
- If your package is damaged during transit, notify us within 48 hours of delivery of the order. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.
- If the package is confirmed damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- In the case of a replacement, we will cover the shipping charges, at no additional expense to you.
In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Shipping and Delivery Policy and those of any third-party policies, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.
