RETURN

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If the product is incorrect/damaged/expired/defective.
  • If you receive an item that falls into any of these categories, please contact us at support@dreamyderma.com or at customer support helpline within 48 (forty-eight) hours of delivery of order to initiate the return process.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Note: Products returned for reasons other than those listed above will not be accepted.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at support@dreamyderma.com or contact us at the customer support helpline on our website.
  • Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once request is approved you will be notified by customer support team.

REPLACEMENT

Eligibility Criteria

A product shall be eligible for replacement only under the following conditions:

  • Receipt of an incorrect item.
  • Damaged during transit.
  • Expired upon delivery, or
  • Defective due to manufacturing issues.

Note: To qualify for replacement, customers must notify Dreamy Derma of the issue within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date of delivery. Requests received beyond this period will not be accepted.

Replacement Request Conditions

  • Replacement requests can be submitted only after the order has been marked as "delivered" in our system.
  • Products must be unused, with original tags, labels, packaging, and any accompanying documentation intact.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. In cases where a replacement is not possible, alternative resolution of refund (at Dreamy Derma’s sole discretion) may be offered.

How to Submit a Replacement Request

To raise a replacement request, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on www.dreamyderma.com
  • Navigate to the ‘My Account’ section
  • Select the relevant order under the ‘Orders’ tab
  • Click on the ‘Exchange’ button next to the item in question
  • Complete the form with the necessary details and submit the request

Inspection and Approval Process

Once the return is received, our quality assurance team will perform a detailed inspection to verify the claim. Approval of the replacement request is contingent upon:

  • Validation of the reported issue, and
  • Compliance with this policy's terms.

Dreamy Derma reserves the right to deny a replacement if the returned item fails inspection or does not meet the eligibility criteria.

Replacement procedure will be completed within 07 (seven) to 10 (ten) business days from the date of the request is accepted and the returned item is received.

REFUND

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed as follows: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 8 - 10 business days.
  • Applicable refund against the Entire Order/Product amount will be provided in your respective refund account, with the exception of Coupon Offer.

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation of order is only allowed if order is not dispatched.
  • No cancellation will be allowed once the order is dispatched.
  • Upon successful cancellation of an order, any applied Coupon Code will not be released for re-use.
  • Once the order cancellation request is accepted, the refund process will be completed within 07(seven) business days.

NON-RETURNABLE/REPLACEABLE ITEMS

In Below Scenario’s Return / Replacement is not Possible:

  • Product is damaged due to your action.
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, freebies or if original packaging is damaged.
  • Serial Number / Batch number is tampered with.
  • Free product.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check Your Bank Account to ensure it’s not a processing delay.
  • Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company as refund processing times vary.
  • Contact Us: If you’ve done all the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out at support@dreamyderma.com or customer support helpline.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Return, Replacement, Cancellation and Refund Policy and those of any third-party policies, the provisions of this policy shall prevail.

In case of any disputes, Clouce Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to take the final decision.

Clouce Digitech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Returns, Replacement, Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior intimation. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
